FAQ’s When will my subscription box be dispatched? Our subscription boxes are usually dispatched between the 15th and 20th of the month. When will I be charged for my order? We take payment for all subscriptions on the 1st working day (or closest to) of each month; this payment relates to your next dispatched box. What is the cancellation period? You can canel you subscription at ANYTIME. There is no cancellation period. How can I cancel my subscription? Simply email our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you with your cancellation. Help@CosmicBoxx.com What happens if I have cancelled my subscription but my subscription Box has been dispatched!? If a cancellation is made but a subscription Box has been dispatched then please contact our Customer Service team to arrange a return for a refund. My order has arrived damaged, what do I do? Don’t panic! If you have received your subscription Box damaged, please contact Customer Service and provide a photo of the order and a brief explanation as to the detail of the damage. Our Customer Service team will then be able to assist you, and provide a suitable resolution. I’ve returned my subscription Box and have not received my refund/replacement. Your refund or replacement will be issued as soon as we have had confirmation from our warehouse that your return has been received. We will then send an email to update you, as to the action that has been taken and any expected time of delivery. If a payment problem occurs, what options do I have? It means you need to earn more money before getting Premium Mystery Boxes! Just kidding. If you receive an email, detailing a payment problem against your subscription or single mystery box, please email customer services. What about Discounts/Special Offers? If you have used a special offer or discount code on your subscription, or single box. Please be aware that any discount, will only apply against your first subscription box,or first single Mystery Box. For any subsequent subscription boxes, your subscription will revert back to full price. What do I get in a Mystery Box? What you get, depends on how much you spend obviously, but each pack has official merchandise, For example, Star Wars collectibles, Star Wars action figures, Star Wars comics, Star Wars T-Shirts, Star Wars Posters, Statues and much more. That is the whole point, getting the mystery box is a surprise, you don’t know what you will get, but just be clear it will be some great stuff. How many items come in my mystery box? That again, depends on the cost of the mystery box that you buy. What we focus on is value, and making each box a surprise experience for every fan. There is no point, for instance in getting 50 Star Wars keyrings in a pack is there? It is better, for example, to get Darth Vader artwork, Star Wars novels, Black Series Star Wars action figures, a Star Wars T Shirt, and some Star Wars comics.
